This page explains the shipping fees and delivery date/time designation for both domestic (Japan) and international orders.
Domestic Shipping Fees (Within Japan)
Free shipping for domestic orders over 5,500 JPY (tax included) per order.
*If using a coupon, the total amount after the discount must be 5,500 JPY or more to qualify for free shipping.

About Nekoposu
With the exception of certain items, we offer Nekoposu shipping for domestic orders.
- Nekoposu is delivered to your mailbox. The compensation limit for loss or damage is 3,000 JPY (tax incl.).
- Please note that delivery date and time cannot be specified for Nekoposu.
- Delivery times for Nekoposu are the same as couriers, taking 1 or 2 days depending on the destination.
- If you prefer hand-delivery with a receipt confirmation, please choose Courier shipping.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and order amount. Orders over a certain amount qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Exact shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout when you enter your shipping address.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post Registered Mail (with tracking and signature). Estimated delivery time is 5-21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via EMS, DHL, etc. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (buyer). Please be aware of this before placing your order.
*Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Important Notes for International Shipping
- Delivery date/time designation and "leave at door" delivery are not available for international shipping.
- For customers in Taiwan: Real-name authentication (electronic signature) via the "EZ WAY" app is required by local customs regulations.
- For customers in South Korea: A Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the designated field (e.g., Company name) at checkout.

You can specify a delivery date within 30 days from the date of your order.

- Date and time cannot be specified for Nekoposu or international shipping.
- Depending on the courier or traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver on your requested date.
- Since our cat collars are semi-custom-made, we may not be able to deliver on your requested date during busy periods. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Box and "Leave at Door" Requests (Domestic Only)
If you wish to have your package delivered to a delivery box or left at your door, please indicate so in the "Notes" section on the cart page. (*Not available for international shipping)
Paperless Invoicing
To promote paperless operations and conserve resources, we do not include a printed invoice with our products. Please use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Days to Dispatch
Orders placed by 18:00 (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 18:00 on Thursday, or on weekends and holidays, will be dispatched between Tuesday and Thursday of the following week.
Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and credit card approval. Additionally, extra processing time may be required after weekends or holidays.
