Year-end and New Year Business Hours

The Poponeko Official Online Shop will be open during the New Year's holiday as follows.

Regarding inquiry desk

The Poponeko customer support inquiry desk will be closed from December 27th to January 4th. Inquiries received during the holiday period will be answered sequentially starting from January 5th.

Regarding product shipping

Shipping will be handled according to the schedule below.

● For orders placed by December 25th (Thursday)
→ We will ship within the year.

● For orders placed on or after December 26th (Friday)
→ We will ship sequentially starting from January 6th, 2026.

During the New Year's holiday period (including after the holiday), shipping may take longer than usual, and we may not be able to deliver on the specified date.
