Purchase Procedure
You can shop by following the steps below. First-time users can proceed with confidence.
1. Select Products
On the product page for the cat collar, harness, cat clothing, etc., that you like, click the "Add to Cart" button. Please select your desired specifications, such as product color, size, and type, before adding to the cart.
2. Check Your Cart
If you have selected multiple products, click the "Cart" icon at the top of the screen. A list of items in your cart will be displayed. Please check the contents and make sure there are no errors in quantity, size, or color. Then, click "Proceed to Checkout."
3. Log In or Guest Purchase
On the checkout screen, you can choose to log in (if you are a registered member) or make a guest purchase (without registration). Registering as a member allows you to view your order history.
4. Specify Delivery Address
You can use your registered address as the delivery address or enter a new one. You can also specify a delivery address if you wish to send a gift to someone else.
5. Select Payment Method
Please select your payment method. You can choose from credit card, PayPay, Paidy deferred payment, and other payment methods. After selecting, please enter your payment information.
6. Confirm Order
Please check all information, including delivery address, product details, total amount, and payment method. If there are no errors, click the "Pay Now" button to complete your order. An automatic confirmation email will be sent after your order is complete.
7. Arrival and Receipt
Once shipping is complete, we will notify you of the "tracking number" in a shipping notification email. You can track the delivery status until the product reaches you.
