【Closure Period】

August 10th (Monday) - August 13th (Thursday), 2026

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will also be non-business days.

【Inquiries】

Poponeko Customer Support Inquiry Desk will be closed from August 10th to August 13th. Inquiries received during the closure will be replied to sequentially from August 14th.

【Product Shipping】

Orders will be processed and shipped according to the following schedule:

● For orders placed by August 6th (Thursday) 23:59

→ Shipped sequentially by August 7th

● For orders placed on or after August 7th (Friday)

→ Shipped sequentially from August 17th (Monday)

During and immediately after the summer holiday period, shipping may take significantly longer than usual, and we may not be able to deliver on the specified date.
