Unlike dogs, cats have quiet paw steps, so they can sometimes disappear from sight in the house. To prevent such "domestic near misses" like accidentally stepping on them or locking them in a closet, we recommend using a bell.

Poponeko collars are designed so that bells can be attached later. This makes it easier to adjust until delicate cats get used to the sound. It's perfect for cats using a bell for the first time.
How to attach the bell
- Please attach it to the buckle of the cat collar using the included split ring.
- You can also open the split ring with your fingers to attach it.
- For even easier attachment, it's convenient to use the separately sold "Split Ring Opener".
- It is also possible to use both a split ring and a snap hook (sold separately).
- Split rings and snap hooks are also sold individually.
To help them get used to the bell
- Repeat playing with the bell on, then taking it off after playtime, for a few days.
- Some cats may associate "fun time = bell sound."
- Don't force it; help your cat get used to it slowly at their own pace.

About Time Required for Shipping
Orders received by 18:00 on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will be shipped the following week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, extra processing time may be required after weekends or holidays.
