The air in the mornings and evenings is starting to feel chilly, and autumn has truly arrived. I'm happy that I can wear my favorite autumn clothes more often these days, and Poponeko also has new autumn/winter cat collars made of seasonal materials.

The "Cotton Corduroy Cat Collar" has been revamped for the first time in two years. Let me introduce its best features!

Popular series gets an upgrade!

The popular Cotton Corduroy, known for its plump texture reminiscent of autumn/winter and its rich color variations, has been renewed and is now available!

First, I want to draw your attention to the improved corduroy fabric. The wales are now finer than before, making it even softer and gentler to fit.

Furthermore, to better conform to a cat's slender neck, we changed the direction of the wales from horizontal to vertical. While this makes sewing a bit more challenging, we put a lot of effort into making it happen because it was something we absolutely wanted to achieve.

When you hear "corduroy," doesn't it often conjure an image of stiffness?

The corduroy fabric we adopted this time is 100% cotton, soft and smooth. It's a high-quality fabric with a fluffy feel, often used in children's clothing.

We sourced many corduroy fabrics and thoroughly tested their feel and lightness with all our artisans. We made our selection with a very critical eye.

We made many prototypes and were extremely particular about everything from the texture to the fit.

This time, the color variations have also been renewed!
