Cat whiskers are very delicate. Do not forcibly pull them out; only store whiskers that have fallen out naturally.

As this is a natural material, there may be individual differences in wood grain and the intensity of the branding.

To prevent cracking or deformation, do not store in direct sunlight or where air conditioning/heating drafts blow.
- If it gets wet or is stored in an extremely humid place, it may expand and the lid may become difficult to open.
- Being made of natural materials and handcrafted, discoloration may occur very rarely.
- Colors may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

Nekoposu delivery is available for most products, with some exceptions.
- Nekoposu deliveries are placed in your mailbox, and the liability limit for lost or damaged packages is 3,000 yen (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu deliveries cannot be specified by date or time.
- Nekoposu delivery times are the same as courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after shipping) or 2 days (delivery two days after shipping) depending on the delivery location.
- If you wish to confirm receipt by hand delivery, please use the courier service.

About the Abolition of Delivery Slips

About Time Required for Shipping
Orders received by 18:00 on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will be shipped the following week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, extra processing time may be required after weekends or holidays.
