This is a double-sided tag designed with privacy in mind. Your cat's name can be printed on the front, and the owner's name and phone number on the back. This prevents personal information from appearing in photos uploaded to social media.

- Please attach it to the buckle of your cat's collar using the included split ring.
- You can also open the split ring with your fingers to attach it.
- For easier attachment, consider using our separately sold "Split Ring Opener".

- This is a semi-custom product made to your order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be aware of this in advance.
- Please attach the tag to the collar yourself.
- While it has excellent rust resistance, rust and discoloration may occur due to aging.
- If the tag becomes severely scratched or dirty, please replace it with a new one.
- Colors may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

About Nekoposu
Nekoposu delivery is available for most products, with some exceptions.
- Nekoposu deliveries are placed in your mailbox, and the liability limit for lost or damaged packages is 3,000 yen (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu deliveries cannot be specified by date or time.
- Nekoposu delivery times are the same as courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after shipping) or 2 days (delivery two days after shipping) depending on the delivery location.
- If you wish to confirm receipt by hand delivery, please use the courier service.
About Delivery Date and Time Specification

About the Abolition of Delivery Slips
To promote paperless operations and conserve resources, the Poponeko Official Online Shop does not include delivery slips with products. Please use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
About Time Required for Shipping
Orders received by 18:00 on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will be shipped the following week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, extra processing time may be required after weekends or holidays.
To ensure you can shop with peace of mind, our store has established the following return and exchange policy.
