■How to attach the lost pet tag
- Attach it to the buckle (pin buckle) of the cat collar using the included split ring.
- You can open the split ring and attach it with your fingers.
- For even easier attachment, using a separately sold "split ring opener" is convenient.
- Using a split ring and a snap hook (sold separately) together is also possible.
- Split rings and snap hooks are also sold individually.

- This is a semi-custom product made to your order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be aware of this beforehand.
- Please attach the tag to the collar yourself.
- Although it has excellent rust resistance, rust and darkening may occur due to age-related deterioration.
- If scratches or dirt become severe, please replace it with a new one.
- Colors may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

Domestic Shipping Fees (Japan)
For shipments within Japan, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.
*If using a coupon, free shipping applies when the total product price after coupon application is 5,500 JPY or more.

About Nekopos
With the exception of some products, Nekopos delivery is available.
- Nekopos deliveries are made to post boxes, and the maximum compensation for loss or damage to packages is 3,000 JPY (tax included).
- Please note that Nekopos deliveries cannot be specified by date or time.
- Nekopos delivery times are similar to courier services, taking 1 day (delivered the day after shipping) or 2 days (delivered two days after shipping) depending on the delivery location.
- If you wish to receive confirmation by hand, please use the courier service.
International Shipping
We ship to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and order amount. For purchases above a certain amount in each country, shipping is free (Standard Shipping).
The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed when you add items to your cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout screen.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post International ePacket (with tracking). Estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. If these taxes or fees occur, they will all be borne by the recipient (customer). Please place your order after understanding this in advance.
*Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Due to local customs regulations, real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the specified field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.
Delivery Date and Time Specification (Domestic Japan Only)
At Poponeko Official Online Shop, you can specify a delivery date within 30 days from the order acceptance date.

- Nekopos and international shipping do not allow date/time specification.

Delivery to Parcel Lockers / Unattended Delivery (Domestic Japan Only)
If you wish to have your order delivered to a parcel locker or as an unattended delivery, please enter this in the "Notes" section on the cart screen. (Not available for international shipping)
Abolition of Delivery Slips
At Poponeko Official Online Shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and conserve resources. Please use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card approval status. Additional processing time may also be required after weekends or holidays.
