ID tags, name seals, and bells can also be attached
You're always worried about your cat getting lost during an escape or disaster, aren't you? In the unlikely event that your cat gets lost, you can attach an "ID tag" or "name seal" (sold separately) to inform those around that they are a pet cat and help them return home.

With Poponeko's cat collars, you can attach a wide variety of bells. Their cute jingle will let you know your cat's whereabouts. Bells and charms can be easily attached with a special ring fitting (attached to the metal buckle part). Since bells and charms are sold separately, owners who are worried if their cat will dislike them can rest assured. A special detachable ring fitting is included, so you can remove it if your cat dislikes it.

Precautions for Use
- Please do not use this product for any purpose other than as a cat collar.
- Cat collars are not very strong. They cannot be used for walks or tethering.
- The safety adjuster (safety buckle) does not guarantee complete safety. Please use it while keeping an eye on your pet.
- As this is a handmade product, there may be slight differences in the fabric pattern and the finish of the seams.
- If dirt is a concern, gently wipe it off with a diluted neutral detergent.
- If the collar becomes very dirty or the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.
- The color may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

For shipments within Japan, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

About Nekopos
With the exception of some products, Nekopos delivery is available.
- Nekopos deliveries are made to post boxes, and the maximum compensation for loss or damage to packages is 3,000 JPY (tax included).

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post International ePacket (with tracking). Estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. If these taxes or fees occur, they will all be borne by the recipient (customer). Please place your order after understanding this in advance.

International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Due to local customs regulations, real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the specified field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At Poponeko Official Online Shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and conserve resources. Please use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card approval status. Additional processing time may also be required after weekends or holidays.
