They are lightweight, reduce strain on the neck, and provide a very gentle fit. They can be safely used for kittens wearing a collar for the first time, as well as senior cats.

We use a safety adjuster (safety buckle) that detaches if the collar gets caught and force is applied.
The safety adjuster (safety buckle) is made by duraflex (Duraflex) in the USA, boasting high quality used even by the US military. It's made of flexible resin material, making it difficult to break. You can safely use it even for playful cats.
ID tags, name tags, and bells can also be attached
You're always worried about your cat getting lost during escapes or disasters, aren't you? In the unlikely event that your cat gets lost, you can attach an "ID tag" or "name tag" (sold separately) to help inform others that it's a pet cat and aid in its return.

Bells and charms can be easily attached with a dedicated ring fitting (attached to the metal buckle). Since bells and charms are sold separately, owners who are worried if their cat will dislike bells or charms can rest assured. They come with a removable dedicated metal ring fitting, so you can remove them if your cat dislikes them.

Precautions for Use
- Do not use for any purpose other than as a cat collar.
- Cat collars are not very strong. They cannot be used for walks or tethering.
- The safety adjuster (safety buckle) does not guarantee safety. Please use it while keeping an eye on your cat.
- As this is a handmade product, there may be slight differences in the pattern placement of the fabric and the finish of the seams.
- If it gets dirty, gently wipe it with a diluted neutral detergent.
- If it becomes heavily soiled, or if the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.
- Colors may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

For shipments within Japan, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

With the exception of some products, Nekopos delivery is available.
- Nekopos deliveries are made to post boxes, and the maximum compensation for loss or damage to packages is 3,000 JPY (tax included).

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post International ePacket (with tracking). Estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. If these taxes or fees occur, they will all be borne by the recipient (customer). Please place your order after understanding this in advance.

International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Due to local customs regulations, real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the specified field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At Poponeko Official Online Shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and conserve resources. Please use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card approval status. Additional processing time may also be required after weekends or holidays.
