With Poponeko's cat collars, you can attach various types of bells. Their cute jingle tells you your cat's location. Bells and charms can be easily attached with a dedicated ring fitting (attached to the metal buckle part). Since bells and charms are sold separately, owners who worry "what if my cat dislikes bells or charms..." can rest easy. A removable dedicated fitting ring is included, so you can remove it if your cat dislikes it.

- Do not use for purposes other than as a cat collar.
- Cat collars are not very strong. They cannot be used for walks or tethering.
- The safety adjuster (safety buckle) does not guarantee safety. Please use it while keeping an eye on your pet.
- Since these are handmade items, there may be slight differences in the pattern placement of the fabric and the finish of the seams.
- If dirt is a concern, gently wipe it off with a diluted neutral detergent.
- If the dirt becomes severe or the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.
- Depending on your monitor, the color may appear slightly different from the actual product.

For shipments within Japan, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

About Nekopos
With the exception of some products, Nekopos delivery is available.
- Nekopos deliveries are made to post boxes, and the maximum compensation for loss or damage to packages is 3,000 JPY (tax included).

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post International ePacket (with tracking). Estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. If these taxes or fees occur, they will all be borne by the recipient (customer). Please place your order after understanding this in advance.

International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Due to local customs regulations, real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the specified field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At Poponeko Official Online Shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and conserve resources. Please use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card approval status. Additional processing time may also be required after weekends or holidays.
