Poponeko's cat collars allow you to attach a wide variety of bells and charms. Bells and charms can be easily attached with a special ring fitting (attached to the round ring part).
Since bells and charms are sold separately, owners who are worried about "what if my cat doesn't like bells or charms?" can rest easy. They come with a removable special fitting ring, so if your cat dislikes them, you can simply remove them.

- Do not use for purposes other than a cat collar.
- Cat collars are not very strong. They cannot be used for walks or tethering.
- The elasticity of the flat elastic makes it easy for the collar to come off if caught, but this does not guarantee 100% safety. Please use under the owner's supervision.
- This product is not size adjustable.
- Due to being handmade, there may be slight differences in fabric pattern placement and stitching finish.
- If concerned about dirt, gently wipe with a diluted mild detergent.
- If it becomes heavily soiled or the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.
- Due to monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different from the actual product.

For domestic shipments, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

About Nekoposu
With the exception of some products, Nekoposu delivery is available.
- Nekoposu delivery is by post-box drop-off, and the maximum liability for lost or damaged parcels is 3,000 JPY (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu does not allow for delivery date/time specification.
- Nekoposu delivery times are similar to courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after dispatch) or 2 days (delivery two days after dispatch) depending on the destination.
- If you wish to receive confirmation of receipt by hand, please use the courier service.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and the order amount. Free shipping (Standard Shipping) is available for purchases above a certain amount for each country.
The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed when you add items to your cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout screen.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via registered mail (with tracking and signature) by Japan Post or similar. Estimated delivery time is 5-21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via EMS or DHL or similar. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. Please be aware that if such taxes or fees are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer). Please place your order with this understanding.

Notes on International Shipping
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specifications and designated unattended delivery are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required by local customs regulations.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the designated field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At the Poponeko official online shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and resource conservation. We kindly ask you to use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Estimated Shipping Time
Orders placed by 18:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be shipped from Tuesday to Thursday of the following week.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, additional processing time may be required after weekends or public holidays.
