With Poponeko's cat collars, you can attach a wide variety of bells and charms. Bells and charms can be easily attached with a dedicated ring fitting (attached to the jump ring).
Bells and charms are sold individually, so owners worried about "what if my cat doesn't like bells or charms…" can rest assured. Since a detachable dedicated fitting ring is included, you can remove it if your cat dislikes it.

- Please do not use this product for any purpose other than as a cat collar.
- Cat collars are not very strong. They cannot be used for walks or tethering.
- The elasticity of the flat elastic makes it easy to slip off if caught, but it does not guarantee 100% safety. Please use it under the owner's supervision.
- This product is not adjustable in size.
- As this is a handmade product, there may be slight differences in the fabric pattern placement and stitching finish.
- If dirt is a concern, gently wipe it with a diluted neutral detergent.
- If it becomes heavily soiled or the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.
- The color may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

With the exception of some products, Nekopos delivery is available.

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post International ePacket (with tracking). Estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. If these taxes or fees occur, they will all be borne by the recipient (customer). Please place your order after understanding this in advance.

International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.

- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the specified field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At Poponeko Official Online Shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and conserve resources. Please use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card approval status. Additional processing time may also be required after weekends or holidays.
