The safety adjuster (safety buckle) is manufactured by Duraflex, an American company renowned for its high quality, even used by the U.S. military. It is made of flexible resin material, making it resistant to breakage. You can use it with peace of mind even with playful cats.
ID tags, name stickers, and bells can also be attached.
You're always worried about your cat getting lost during escapes or disasters, aren't you? In the unlikely event that your cat gets lost, you can attach an "ID tag" or "name sticker" (sold separately) to help inform others that it is a pet cat and aid in its return.

With Poponeko's cat collars, you can attach various types of bells. Their lovely sound will let you know where your cat is. Bells and charms can be easily attached with a dedicated ring fitting (attached to the metal buckle part). Since bells and charms are sold separately, owners who are concerned about whether their cat will dislike them can rest assured. A dedicated removable ring fitting is included, so you can remove it if your cat dislikes it.

Precautions for use
- Do not use for any purpose other than a cat collar.
- Cat collars are not very strong. They cannot be used for walks or tethering.
- The safety adjuster (safety buckle) does not guarantee safety. Please use it where you can supervise your pet.
- As this is a handmade item, there may be slight differences in the pattern placement of the fabric and the finish of the seams.
- If it gets dirty, gently wipe it with a diluted neutral detergent.
- If it becomes heavily soiled or the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.
- Colors may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

For shipments within Japan, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

With the exception of some products, Nekopos delivery is available.
- Nekopos deliveries are made to post boxes, and the maximum compensation for loss or damage to packages is 3,000 JPY (tax included).

- Express Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. If these taxes or fees occur, they will all be borne by the recipient (customer). Please place your order after understanding this in advance.

International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.

Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card approval status. Additional processing time may also be required after weekends or holidays.
