■ Care Instructions
It can also be washed at home. Please hand wash, or if using a washing machine, place it in a laundry net and use the "hand wash mode." Hand washing will make it last much longer. For drying, smooth out wrinkles and hang dry in the shade. If necessary, iron to smooth out wrinkles.

With the exception of some products, Nekopos delivery is available.

About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.

Abolition of Delivery Slips

Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
