Unlike dogs, cats have quiet footsteps, so they can sometimes disappear from sight in the house. Accidentally stepping on them or locking them in a closet... to prevent such "domestic scares," we recommend using a bell.

Poponeko collars are designed so that bells can be attached later. This makes it easier to adjust for sensitive cats until they get used to the sound. It's perfect for cats using a bell for the first time.
How to attach the bell
- Use the included split ring to attach it to the buckle of the cat collar.
- You can also open the split ring with your fingers to attach it.
- For even easier attachment, using the separately sold "Split Ring Opener" is convenient.
- You can also use a split ring and a snap hook (sold separately) together.
- Split rings and snap hooks are also sold individually.
How to get your cat used to the bell
- Play with your cat while they're wearing the bell, then take it off after playing. Repeat this for several days.
- Some cats may associate "fun time = bell sound."
- Don't force it; slowly get your cat accustomed to it at their own pace.

- Cat collars are sold separately.
- Do not use for any purpose other than as a cat collar bell.
- Please attach to the collar yourself.
- The color may appear slightly different from the actual product due to monitor settings.

- If skin-applied flea and tick medication comes into contact with the bell, the coating may peel off.

For domestic shipments, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

About Nekoposu
With the exception of some products, Nekoposu delivery is available.
- Nekoposu delivery is by post-box drop-off, and the maximum liability for lost or damaged parcels is 3,000 JPY (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu does not allow for delivery date/time specification.
- Nekoposu delivery times are similar to courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after dispatch) or 2 days (delivery two days after dispatch) depending on the destination.
- If you wish to receive confirmation of receipt by hand, please use the courier service.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and the order amount. Free shipping (Standard Shipping) is available for purchases above a certain amount for each country.
The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed when you add items to your cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout screen.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via registered mail (with tracking and signature) by Japan Post or similar. Estimated delivery time is 5-21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via EMS or DHL or similar. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. Please be aware that if such taxes or fees are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer). Please place your order with this understanding.

Notes on International Shipping
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specifications and designated unattended delivery are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required by local customs regulations.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the designated field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.
Delivery Date and Time Specification (Japan Domestic Only)
At the Poponeko official online shop, you can specify a delivery date within 30 days from the order acceptance date.

Delivery to Parcel Lockers and Unattended Delivery (Japan Domestic Only)
If you wish to have your order delivered to a parcel locker or as unattended delivery, please specify this in the "Notes" section of the shopping cart screen. (Not available for international shipping)
Abolition of Delivery Slips
At the Poponeko official online shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and resource conservation. We kindly ask you to use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Estimated Shipping Time
Orders placed by 18:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be shipped from Tuesday to Thursday of the following week.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, additional processing time may be required after weekends or public holidays.
