- You can open the split ring with your finger and attach it.
- For even easier attachment, using the separately sold "Split Ring Opener" is convenient.

Precautions for Use
- This is a semi-custom product produced upon your order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be aware of this beforehand.
- Please attach to the collar yourself.
- While it boasts excellent water resistance, prolonged immersion in water may cause the printed content to bleed. Also, if left in contact with other items while wet for an extended period, color transfer may occur.
- If it becomes heavily soiled or the surface tears, please replace it with a new one.
- The color tone may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

Domestic Shipping Fees
For domestic shipments, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.
*If you use a coupon, free shipping applies when the total product price after applying the coupon is 5,500 JPY or more.

About Nekoposu
With the exception of some products, Nekoposu delivery is available.
- Nekoposu delivery is by post-box drop-off, and the maximum liability for lost or damaged parcels is 3,000 JPY (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu does not allow for delivery date/time specification.
- Nekoposu delivery times are similar to courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after dispatch) or 2 days (delivery two days after dispatch) depending on the destination.
- If you wish to receive confirmation of receipt by hand, please use the courier service.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and the order amount. Free shipping (Standard Shipping) is available for purchases above a certain amount for each country.
The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed when you add items to your cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout screen.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via registered mail (with tracking and signature) by Japan Post or similar. Estimated delivery time is 5-21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via EMS or DHL or similar. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. Please be aware that if such taxes or fees are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer). Please place your order with this understanding.
*Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Notes on International Shipping
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specifications and designated unattended delivery are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required by local customs regulations.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the designated field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

At the Poponeko official online shop, you can specify a delivery date within 30 days from the order acceptance date.

Delivery to Parcel Lockers and Unattended Delivery (Japan Domestic Only)
If you wish to have your order delivered to a parcel locker or as unattended delivery, please specify this in the "Notes" section of the shopping cart screen. (Not available for international shipping)
Abolition of Delivery Slips
At the Poponeko official online shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and resource conservation. We kindly ask you to use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Estimated Shipping Time
Orders placed by 18:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be shipped from Tuesday to Thursday of the following week.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, additional processing time may be required after weekends or public holidays.
