- Please attach it to the buckle of the cat collar using the included double ring.
- It is also possible to use both the double ring and a swivel clasp (sold separately).
- Double rings and swivel clasps are also sold individually.
■ How to get your cat used to the charm
- Play with your cat while the charm is attached, then remove it once playtime is over. Repeat this for a few days, attaching the charm and playing after some time has passed.
- By repeating this, many cats seem to gradually get used to it and no longer mind.
- Some cats may stop disliking it as the experience of playing becomes associated with the sound and movement of the charm in their memory.

- Do not use this product for any purpose other than as a cat collar charm.
- Please attach the charm to the collar yourself.
- When you purchase a bell or charm, a dedicated ring fitting is included.Attaching and removing it is very easy.
- You can attach it by hand without tools, but if you find detailed work a bit difficult, you can easily attach it using precision pliers, which are sold at 100-yen shops.

About Nekoposu
With the exception of some products, Nekoposu delivery is available.
- Nekoposu delivery is by post-box drop-off, and the maximum liability for lost or damaged parcels is 3,000 JPY (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu does not allow for delivery date/time specification.
- Nekoposu delivery times are similar to courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after dispatch) or 2 days (delivery two days after dispatch) depending on the destination.
- If you wish to receive confirmation of receipt by hand, please use the courier service.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and the order amount. Free shipping (Standard Shipping) is available for purchases above a certain amount for each country.

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via registered mail (with tracking and signature) by Japan Post or similar. Estimated delivery time is 5-21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via EMS or DHL or similar. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. Please be aware that if such taxes or fees are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer). Please place your order with this understanding.

Notes on International Shipping
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specifications and designated unattended delivery are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required by local customs regulations.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the designated field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At the Poponeko official online shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and resource conservation. We kindly ask you to use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Estimated Shipping Time
Orders placed by 18:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be shipped from Tuesday to Thursday of the following week.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, additional processing time may be required after weekends or public holidays.
