- Please attach it to the buckle of your cat's collar using the included double ring.
- It is also possible to use both the double ring and a snap hook (sold separately).
- Double rings and snap hooks are also sold separately.
■ How to get your cat used to the charm
- Play with your cat while the charm is attached, then remove it once playtime is over. After some time, reattach the charm and play again, repeating this for several days.
- By repeating this, many cats gradually become less bothered by it.
- Some cats stop disliking it as the sound and movement of the charm become associated with having played.

Precautions for use
- Please do not use this product for purposes other than as a cat collar charm.
- Please attach the charm to the collar yourself.
- When you purchase a bell or charm, a dedicated ring fitting is included.Attachment and removal are very easy.
- You can attach it by hand without tools, but if you find detailed work a bit challenging, using precision pliers, which are also sold at 100-yen stores, makes attachment very easy.

About Nekopos
With the exception of some products, Nekopos delivery is available.
- Nekopos deliveries are made to post boxes, and the maximum compensation for loss or damage to packages is 3,000 JPY (tax included).

Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and order amount. For purchases above a certain amount in each country, shipping is free (Standard Shipping).

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post International ePacket (with tracking). Estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. If these taxes or fees occur, they will all be borne by the recipient (customer). Please place your order after understanding this in advance.

International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Due to local customs regulations, real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the specified field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At Poponeko Official Online Shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and conserve resources. Please use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card approval status. Additional processing time may also be required after weekends or holidays.
