Cats' skin is very delicate, and it seems many suffer from skin problems.
They may constantly lick due to itchiness or discomfort, or they may persistently lick their bodies even without any apparent skin abnormality, which is called "excessive grooming."
In severe cases, the fur can thin out or even fall off, exposing the skin. If the condition progresses further, they may even bite their skin and cause injuries.
Even with dietary therapy or topical medication, the problem can become prolonged or chronic because they constantly lick and scratch. However, many owners seem to struggle with Elizabethan collars, as many cats dislike them.

Poponeko's skin protective garment (coverall) is a "skin protection garment exclusively for cats" that supports the recovery of skin problems.
It uses high-performance fibers with extremely high elasticity and advanced temperature regulation capabilities. This allows us to achieve a "stress-free design."
Your cat can urinate and defecate while wearing it. Since it doesn't hinder your cat's movements and allows them to live their daily life as usual, it supports faster recovery.

■ How to get your cat used to wearing clothes
- If your cat is wearing clothes for the first time, don't force it. Start with short periods to let them get used to it.
- Initially, aim for a few minutes to about 10 minutes. If your cat strongly resists, remove the clothing immediately.
- Take your time and gradually accustom them over several days to several weeks.

- As this is a handmade item, there may be slight variations in fabric pattern placement and stitching finish.
- If the garment becomes heavily soiled, frayed, or torn, please replace it with a new one.

Domestic Shipping Fees
For domestic shipments, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

About Nekoposu
With the exception of some products, Nekoposu delivery is available.
- Nekoposu delivery is by post-box drop-off, and the maximum liability for lost or damaged parcels is 3,000 JPY (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu does not allow for delivery date/time specification.
- Nekoposu delivery times are similar to courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after dispatch) or 2 days (delivery two days after dispatch) depending on the destination.
- If you wish to receive confirmation of receipt by hand, please use the courier service.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and the order amount. Free shipping (Standard Shipping) is available for purchases above a certain amount for each country.

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via registered mail (with tracking and signature) by Japan Post or similar. Estimated delivery time is 5-21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via EMS or DHL or similar. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. Please be aware that if such taxes or fees are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer). Please place your order with this understanding.

Notes on International Shipping
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specifications and designated unattended delivery are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required by local customs regulations.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the designated field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At the Poponeko official online shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and resource conservation. We kindly ask you to use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Estimated Shipping Time
Orders placed by 18:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be shipped from Tuesday to Thursday of the following week.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, additional processing time may be required after weekends or public holidays.
