- The safety buckle does not guarantee complete safety. Please use it while under your supervision.
- As this is a handmade item, there may be slight variations in the fabric pattern and stitching finish.
- If it gets dirty, gently wipe it with a mild detergent solution.
- If it becomes heavily soiled, frayed, or torn, please replace it with a new one.

- Nekoposu deliveries are placed in your mailbox, and the liability limit for lost or damaged packages is 3,000 yen (tax included).

About Time Required for Shipping
Orders received by 18:00 on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will be shipped the following week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, extra processing time may be required after weekends or holidays.
