- Cat collars are not very strong. They cannot be used for walks or tethering.
- Safety buckles do not guarantee safety. Please use under the owner's supervision.
- As they are handmade, there may be slight differences in fabric pattern placement and stitching.
- If stains are a concern, gently wipe with a diluted neutral detergent.
- If it becomes heavily soiled or if the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.

- Nekoposu deliveries are placed in your mailbox, and the liability limit for lost or damaged packages is 3,000 yen (tax included).

- Nekoposu delivery times are the same as courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after shipping) or 2 days (delivery two days after shipping) depending on the delivery location.

Orders received by 18:00 on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will be shipped the following week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
