It's an item you'll want to have on hand. Poponeko's cat harness was developed based on the results of a survey of 1,800 cat owners, using materials that are less likely to come off and are gentle on the skin and fur.

Poponeko's "Cat-Friendly Harness" product development began with thorough research.
To understand what kind of cat harness cat owners want and what problems actual users face, we conducted a survey of 1,800 cat owners. Based on the information gathered, we repeatedly developed prototypes for a harness specifically for cats, rather than just adapting dog harnesses.
■ Ultra- ثلاثي-dimensional structure for a secure, escape-resistant fit
The biggest concern with cat harnesses is that they might come off.
We've achieved an ultra-three-dimensional vest-type design that securely covers your cat's soft body. Vest-type harnesses have a larger surface area in contact with the skin, making them less likely to come off. The back fastens securely with a hook-and-loop fastener approximately 5cm wide. The highly cushioned lining gently yet firmly holds your cat's upper body.

■ Easy to put on and take off, excellent usability
We also focused on "ease of putting on" for when it's actually used.
It's not user-friendly if you have to read instructions to put it on. To thoroughly eliminate any hassle for pet owners, we adopted a simple design that is easy to put on and take off after repeated prototyping. Since it can be put on quickly without giving your cat a chance to resist, it won't create a negative impression for them.
■ Gentle on skin and fur, uses organic cotton
We applied the concept of "hair loss-resistant cat collars" to the harness as well.
The lining that touches the cat's skin is made of luxuriously soft domestic organic cotton, reducing the burden on skin and fur. The hook-and-loop fastener on the back is a soft type, also used in human baby clothes, to prevent discomfort for your cat. The outer fabric is a domestic cotton-poly dungaree fabric that has the necessary firmness for a secure hold, is resistant to dirt, and is thin and easy to fit to the body, minimizing interference with your cat's movement.
■ Poponeko's harnesses are machine washable
To prevent the growth of germs and parasites that can cause skin and fur problems, and to keep the skin clean, our harnesses can be washed at home.
Hand wash or, if using a washing machine, place in a laundry net and select the "hand wash" cycle. For drying, straighten out wrinkles and hang dry in the shade.

■ How to accustom your cat to a harness
- When wearing a cat harness for the first time, most cats will resist or become still.
- When first putting on a cat harness, do not force it, and accustom your cat to it gradually, starting with short periods.
- Start with a few minutes to about 10 minutes as a guide, and if your cat resists, remove it immediately.
- Even if you manage to put it on, if your cat freezes and stops moving, or rolls over, remove it immediately without forcing it.
- Take your time and accustom your cat to it over several days to several weeks.

Usage Precautions
- Do not use for purposes other than a cat harness.
- To prevent escapes, practice sufficiently indoors where it's safe if it comes off, and allow your cat to get used to it.
- Absolutely do not use for walks or tethering to prevent escapes.
- The harness may come off depending on the fit and your cat's personality. We do not guarantee 100% escape prevention.
- Avoid prolonged use, as it may interfere with grooming.
- To prevent accidents such as getting caught, please use it under the owner's supervision.
- As this is a handmade item, there may be slight differences in fabric pattern placement and stitching finish.
- If the harness becomes heavily soiled, frayed, or torn, please replace it with a new one.
- Colors may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

With the exception of some products, Nekopos delivery is available.

- Express Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. If these taxes or fees occur, they will all be borne by the recipient (customer). Please place your order after understanding this in advance.

International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.

Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card approval status. Additional processing time may also be required after weekends or holidays.
