1. Skin-friendly "Organic Cotton" and Frictionless Design
For the cape part that directly touches delicate skin and wounds, we've adopted "organic cotton" with its exquisite softness. Designed to simply slip over with a rib, without any metal fittings or hook-and-loop fasteners, it eliminates friction. We've incorporated small touches such as omitting brand tags and using 100% cotton material for size labels. If seams are a concern, it's reversible and can be worn inside out.
2. "Double-layered" Design that Resists Rolling Up Even When Moving
To overcome the common weakness of neck guards where "the hem rolls up while moving, allowing the cat to scratch the wound," we've made the cape portion a luxurious double layer. While maintaining an exquisite short length that doesn't hinder your cat's walking or jumping, it firmly guards the affected area 360 degrees from claws.
3. High-Quality Rib that Won't Stretch Out After Washing
To address the concern that "the neck rib stretches out with use, allowing scratching through the gap," we used a high-quality material for the neck rib that boasts excellent kick-back (restorative power) and elasticity. It's not only easy to put on but also features a soft texture that gently fits your cat's neck.

You can choose based on the extent of the neck injury and your cat's familiarity with cat clothing or Elizabethan collars.
High Neck: For extensive protection or cats suffering from severe self-inflicted wounds. Recommended when you want to protect the neck firmly.
Mock Neck: Ideal for protecting the area from the lower neck to the chest and around the shoulder blades. The shorter neck height makes it perfect for cats who are not used to wearing clothes.
Rib Neck: Ideal for protecting only the neck area. With no cape, it's the lightest option, recommended when you want to firmly protect only the neck.

■Care Instructions
To prevent the growth of bacteria and parasites that can cause skin and coat problems and to keep the skin clean, you can wash it at home. Hand wash or, if using a washing machine, place it in a laundry net and use the "hand wash mode." Hand washing will significantly extend its lifespan. For drying, smooth out wrinkles and air dry in the shade.
■Correct Way to Wear the Neck Guard
- Gently slip it over your cat's head to wear.
- After wearing, gently adjust any rolling or bunching of the fabric to align with the neck and shoulder line.
- When wearing, ensure there is enough room for 2-3 human fingers around the neck to prevent it from being too tight.
- This product is designed to be stress-free to reduce the burden on your cat, but if your cat strongly dislikes it, do not force them to wear it.

Precautions for Use
- This product is not intended for any use other than as a neck guard for cat skin protection.
- Please check the size carefully before use.
- Damaged, worn, heavily soiled products, or those that do not fit can cause accidents. Please inspect daily when wearing.
- If the rib around the neck stretches out due to prolonged use, please replace it with a new one.
- Avoid high temperatures, high humidity, and moisture when using and storing. This may cause discoloration or deterioration.
- If using for illness or post-operative care, please wear under the guidance of a veterinarian.
- For cleaning, gently hand wash, reshape, and air dry in the shade to keep it clean.
- To prevent snagging accidents, please use it where the owner can supervise.
- After use, store out of reach of infants. Never use on animals other than cats.
- Due to monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different from the actual product.

About Nekoposu
With the exception of some products, Nekoposu delivery is available.
- Nekoposu delivery is by post-box drop-off, and the maximum liability for lost or damaged parcels is 3,000 JPY (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu does not allow for delivery date/time specification.
- Nekoposu delivery times are similar to courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after dispatch) or 2 days (delivery two days after dispatch) depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and the order amount. Free shipping (Standard Shipping) is available for purchases above a certain amount for each country.

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via registered mail (with tracking and signature) by Japan Post or similar. Estimated delivery time is 5-21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via EMS or DHL or similar. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. Please be aware that if such taxes or fees are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer). Please place your order with this understanding.

Notes on International Shipping
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specifications and designated unattended delivery are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required by local customs regulations.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the designated field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At the Poponeko official online shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and resource conservation. We kindly ask you to use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Estimated Shipping Time
Orders placed by 18:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be shipped from Tuesday to Thursday of the following week.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, additional processing time may be required after weekends or public holidays.
