Cats have very delicate skin, and many seem to suffer from skin problems.
When they constantly lick themselves due to itchiness or discomfort, or persistently lick their bodies even without any skin abnormalities, it's called "excessive grooming."
Because cats are prone to skin issues, we wanted to protect them with gentle organic cotton. That's the thought behind our products. Our highly stretchable organic cotton fabric is made from organically grown cotton. It gently wraps your beloved cat in the finest texture.

To prevent the growth of bacteria and parasites that can cause skin and coat problems, and to keep their skin clean, our cat clothing can be washed at home.
Hand wash or, if using a washing machine, place in a laundry net and wash on the "hand wash" cycle. For drying, smooth out wrinkles and air dry in the shade.

■ How to get your cat used to clothing
- When dressing your cat in clothing for the first time, don't force it. Start by letting them wear it for short periods.
- Aim for a few minutes to about 10 minutes initially, and if they strongly dislike it, remove it immediately.
- Gradually get them used to it over several days to several weeks, without rushing.

- Please do not use for any purpose other than as clothing for cats.
- If using for illness or post-operative care, please follow your veterinarian's instructions.
- To prevent snagging accidents, please use while under the supervision of a pet owner.
- As this is a handmade item, there may be slight differences in fabric pattern placement and stitching finish.
- If it becomes heavily soiled, or the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.
- Due to monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different from the actual product.

For domestic shipments, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

About Nekoposu
With the exception of some products, Nekoposu delivery is available.
- Nekoposu delivery is by post-box drop-off, and the maximum liability for lost or damaged parcels is 3,000 JPY (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu does not allow for delivery date/time specification.
- Nekoposu delivery times are similar to courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after dispatch) or 2 days (delivery two days after dispatch) depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and the order amount. Free shipping (Standard Shipping) is available for purchases above a certain amount for each country.

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via registered mail (with tracking and signature) by Japan Post or similar. Estimated delivery time is 5-21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via EMS or DHL or similar. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. Please be aware that if such taxes or fees are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer). Please place your order with this understanding.

Notes on International Shipping
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specifications and designated unattended delivery are not available.

Abolition of Delivery Slips
At the Poponeko official online shop, we do not include delivery slips with our products to promote paperless operations and resource conservation. We kindly ask you to use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
Estimated Shipping Time
Orders placed by 18:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be shipped from Tuesday to Thursday of the following week.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, additional processing time may be required after weekends or public holidays.
