■ Care instructions
It can be washed at home. Please hand wash or, if using a washing machine, place it in a laundry net and use the "hand wash cycle." Hand washing significantly extends its life. For drying, smooth out wrinkles and air dry in the shade. Iron as needed to remove wrinkles.

- Avoid high temperatures, humidity, and water during use and storage. This can cause color fading or deterioration.
- When cleaning, gently hand wash, reshape, and air dry in the shade.
- As this is a handmade item, there may be slight differences in fabric pattern placement and stitching.
- If it becomes heavily soiled or the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.
- After use, store out of reach of infants. Please be careful to prevent accidental ingestion of the main body or parts.
- Never use for animals other than cats.

For shipments within Japan, shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post International ePacket (with tracking). Estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 business days (varies by region).
- Express Shipping: Shipped via Japan Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)
When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred depending on the regulations of the receiving country or region. If these taxes or fees occur, they will all be borne by the recipient (customer). Please place your order after understanding this in advance.

International Shipping Notes
- For international shipping, delivery date/time specification and unattended delivery (oki-hai) are not available.
- Customers in Taiwan: Due to local customs regulations, real-name authentication (electronic signature) using the "EZ WAY" app is required.
- Customers in South Korea: A "PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)" is required for customs clearance. Please be sure to enter it in the specified field (e.g., company name) on the checkout screen.

Abolition of Delivery Slips

Time required for shipping
Orders received by 6:00 PM (JST) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM on Thursday, and on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, will be shipped the following Tuesday to Thursday.
