Poponeko's cat collars can accommodate a wide variety of bells and charms. Bells and charms can be easily attached with a dedicated ring fitting (attached to the jump ring part).
Since bells and charms are sold separately, owners who are concerned about whether their beloved cat will dislike them can rest assured. They come with a removable dedicated ring fitting, so you can take them off if your cat doesn't like them.

- Please do not use this product for any purpose other than as a cat collar.
- Cat collars are not very strong. They cannot be used for walks or tethering.
- The elasticity of the flat elastic makes it easy for the collar to slip off if caught, but it does not guarantee 100% safety. Please use it under the owner's supervision.
- This product is not adjustable in size.
- As this is a handmade item, there may be slight variations in the pattern placement of the fabric and the finish of the seams.
- If it gets dirty, gently wipe it with a diluted neutral detergent.
- If it becomes heavily soiled or the outer fabric frays or tears, please replace it with a new one.
- The color may look slightly different from the actual product due to your monitor settings.

Nekoposu delivery is available for most products, with some exceptions.
- Nekoposu deliveries are placed in your mailbox, and the liability limit for lost or damaged packages is 3,000 yen (tax included).

- Nekoposu delivery times are the same as courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after shipping) or 2 days (delivery two days after shipping) depending on the delivery location.

About Time Required for Shipping
Orders received by 18:00 on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will be shipped the following week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, extra processing time may be required after weekends or holidays.
