- Attach it to the buckle of the cat collar using the included split ring.
- You can open the split ring with your finger to attach it.
- For even easier attachment, using the separately sold "Split Ring Opener" is convenient.
- You can also use the split ring in combination with a snap hook (sold separately).
- Split rings and snap hooks are also sold individually.

- This is a semi-custom product made to your order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be aware of this in advance.
- Please attach it to the collar yourself.
- Although it has excellent water resistance, prolonged immersion in water may cause the printed content to bleed. Also, if it remains in contact with other objects for a long time while wet, color transfer may occur.
- If it becomes heavily soiled or the surface tears, please replace it with a new one.
- The color may appear slightly different from the actual product due to your monitor settings.

About Nekoposu
Nekoposu delivery is available for most products, with some exceptions.
- Nekoposu deliveries are placed in your mailbox, and the liability limit for lost or damaged packages is 3,000 yen (tax included).
- Please note that Nekoposu deliveries cannot be specified by date or time.
- Nekoposu delivery times are the same as courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after shipping) or 2 days (delivery two days after shipping) depending on the delivery location.
- If you wish to confirm receipt by hand delivery, please use the courier service.

About the Abolition of Delivery Slips
To promote paperless operations and conserve resources, the Poponeko Official Online Shop does not include delivery slips with products. Please use your order confirmation email as a substitute.
About Time Required for Shipping
Orders received by 18:00 on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will be shipped the following week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, extra processing time may be required after weekends or holidays.
