- Safety buckles do not guarantee absolute safety. Please use under the supervision of the owner.
- As these are handmade, there may be slight differences in fabric pattern placement and stitching.
- If dirty, gently wipe with a diluted neutral detergent.
- If it becomes heavily soiled, frayed, or torn, please replace it with a new one.

- Nekoposu deliveries are placed in your mailbox, and the liability limit for lost or damaged packages is 3,000 yen (tax included).

- Nekoposu delivery times are the same as courier services, taking 1 day (delivery the day after shipping) or 2 days (delivery two days after shipping) depending on the delivery location.

About Time Required for Shipping
Orders received by 18:00 on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 18:00 on Thursday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will be shipped the following week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
Shipping may vary depending on product stock and credit card authorization status. Additionally, extra processing time may be required after weekends or holidays.
